STARTING:
Mantian right now (BMR) = 1736.8 x 1.2 = 2084.16
Loose (Activity Level) 1736.8 x 1.55 = 2692.04

As of 1-26-11
 - BMR = 1691.6 x 1.55 (activity level) = 2621 (cals burned) to maintain current weight.

 - Basically, if I stick to my workout plans, my body burns 2621 cals a day.= 18,353 a week. And if I ate at least the recommended 1200-1500 cals a day, in one week I would eat 8,400- 10,500 cals.

 - 18,353 - 8400 (or 10,500) = 9953 (or 7853) which equals 2-3 lbs OF FAT (not accounting for muscle gain) a week. The recomended is 1-2 so I still feel heathy ;p




*Also workouts need to stay in the 55%-75% Target HR Zone. Which for me is about 100-150 beats per minute :)

Monday - walk + 15 burpees
Tuesday - walk + 4 Essecials
Wednesday - walk + 15 burpees
Thursday - walk + 4 Essecials
Friday - rest (and good news club where I run around with kids)
Saturday/Sunday – Sprints + 4 esscicals and activity with Nate (reversible)

    I want to make some positive changes in my health by eating primaly and getting active so I can look and feel better. I also hope that by starting young I can lower my chances of health problems.

    I want to be all I can be for my God, my husband, and my future kids and I think a big part of that is taking care of myself so I can take care of them and serve God to the best of my abilities.

    I also thought I should blog about it ; ) Hope it goes well :)
